The Glassworks’ site, based in the heart of Leeds, had been derelict for 15 years therefore a full regeneration was required to give the site a new lease of life and bring it up the brand’s exacting standards.

Every apartment at The Glassworks comes complete with a Samsung smart HD TV, supplied and installed by us and complemented by an Integrated Reception System (IRS) to extend the products available by delivering a full range of TV and radio services.
This type of cabling is capable of supporting data transfer rates of up to 1Gbps at a maximum bandwidth of 250MHz.

ResiCentral can be configured to work with existing building infrastructures and hardware or integrated into a new building at the design stage. The ResiCentral team provides consultancy services to support consulting engineers at stage one design and liaises with the end client to ensure that the design brief is delivered.
